Support Tools Berkleigh can help you with computer support by viewing your computer. In order to do this please follow the instructions below. 1. Download Remote Assistance Program - Click Here bcssupport.exe 2. Save the program bcssupport.exe then double click on program to start. Note. This program does not install any software on your computer. Your computer may caution that this is an executable file. You can run the program anyway.  3. Double Click on the line that the customer support assistant requests. 4. When the support session click STOP test and the session will end. Note: A connection to your computer will not be allowed until you run this program again. |
